question for club secs and course managers

Do you prefer to have golfers book online using BRS golf and or Golfnow? Often discounted
or
Do you prefer NEW golfers to simply call OR email the club?

I read a long article on Golfnow and the long term effect it has on clubs and would like to understand as much as possible about why golf clubs relinquish control of their tee times and pricing to a third party

I or should i say we always book our tee times at the club online. Emails go straight through to phone so we know exactly when we are playing, never had to queue once on the first tee.
