Qualifying competitions & temporary greens

Am i right in thinking that a competition can only be a qualifier provided there are no more than two temp greens in play? Yesterday someone at the club was suggesting this had changed to 4.

I know the CONGU manual has been revised and I don't see any reference to 4 temps - but I've only been able to track down the draft manual for 2016.

I think there is only the draft manual at the moment. I don’t recall any change to the number of temporary greens and we have been through the changes in order to update our competition rules. I don’t, however, have my print out to hand to verify that. Rulefan will know for sure.

There has been no change. The limit is still two.
