Producer doing Britain First posting.
Of course that would not affect the make up of the panel ............much.

From the article;

An article on The Canary blog singled out posts shared by the producer, including one asking people to wear a poppy of remembrance, which it said suggested the staff member “may have far right sympathies”.

So wearing a poppy makes you a member of the far right does it? No bias in that article then…….

That is funny. I see a lot of stuff on Twitter etc complaining about the left wing / remain bias of the BBC in general and the QT audience in particular. This is the first time I have heard anything claiming bias the other way. I guess it just shows we take more notice of opinions that we agree with.
To be fair I can understand why Farage appears on QT a lot. He is the kind of figure that assures viewing figures and has really been the sole figure of UKIP. The same is probably true of Gallaway for example. People will will watch him even if they hate him.
I think we have to see QT for what it is. The BBC is very good at programs playing devils advocate (Jeremy Vine for example). To be honest, for me it's on too late at night to be wound up and as with a lot of BBC presenters, it's all about Dimbleby who often won't let the panalists speak, so I rarely watch it nowadays.

There always seems to be a far fight loony plant in the audience who tends to feature strongly [without interruptions !]
The 'Orange Man' in the recent Scottish show was a too obvious example.

BBC chiefs blustering it out with a right wing, very right wing and loony right wing panel tonight.
Farage must be a bit upset when he is not the most right wing member of the panel.:o

Next weeks panel to include EDL and BNP members maybees.

I just might watch for the comedy content.

And ?
Did you watch and what were your conclusions?
I actually enjoyed it for once.
Loved seeing two massive egos butting up to each other.

Strangely enough it was not too bad, audience seemed split 52/48 on Brexit.
Difficult to spot the plant this week unless the curly grey headed chap with suit and t shirt was there to restore the last couple of weeks balance.

Do we want sanitised programmes or ones that cause debate? Yes, they seem to be straying a wee bit but all the better for the debate about that. And it does help to see how extreme some sections of society are - how else to change them and us if we don't see those views.

And there's always the off button.

I Like a bit of debate provided there is an honest agenda and a degree of fairness.
Otherwise it is just propaganda.

Many Scots, as you probably know, pressed the QT 'off' button a long time ago. Or, like me, view it with an amused detachment.
Quite a lot have also pressed the BBC 'off' button as well.

You are so Scottish blinkered. You do your Kinsmen a disservice by suggesting they all have the same opinions and act like lemmings over any political issue. Give people in Scotland some credit by understanding that many voted Brexit, didn't want Independence and didnt vote SNP.

That's a bit rich from someone who continually quotes in the royal 'WE'.
Perhaps you are unaware of it.

I think the woman who ran her own business who said she would gladly pay more Corporation Tax was this weeks plant. Or plonker. Or both. She was arguing against Farage but presumably her business isn't doing too badly because of Brexit.
