Qatar master betting

No Woods, Donald or McIlroy has meant that the big prices available last week are nowhere to be seen this week, making finding any value difficult for me

Last week I backed Bjorn at 150s, hes 25s this week, I backed Fran Molinari at 90s hes 30s this week.

First glance Manassero at 50s looks appealing, also think Karlsson should go well this week, but 20s looks a tad skinny to me

With regard to Westwood, Id be very careful of backing him until the day before at earliest, he has been moaning of a neck injury

I'd agree entirely with that. Leave Westwood well alone, unless you can get some decent odds e/w on him closer to the time. Quiros is a good hit from Brookesy too.

I'd add Fernández-Castaño, Colsaerts and Day in there too.

Here's a list for Best Odds for Outright Winner:

Lee Westwood: 10/1 (SkyBet)
Martin Kaymer: 14/1 (Paddy Power)
Sergio Garcia: 14/1 (Bet365/SkyBet/PaddyPower)
Graeme McDowell: 18/1 (Coral)
Alvaro Quiros: 18/1 (Bet365)
Thomas Bjorn: 25/1 (Majority of Bookmakers)
Jason Day: 33/1 (Bet365/Paddy Power)
Matteo Manassero: 50/1 (Bet365)
Tom Lewis: 110/1 (Bet365)
Chris Wood: 200/1 (BetFred)
Yoseph Warren Dance: 2500/1 (Bet365)
Ali Adbulla Al Mufieh Al Bishi: 5000/1 (SkyBet)

Best Value bet out there might be 1st Round Leader (Ladbrokes/Coral offer Top 5, 1/4 Odds for E/W)

Lee Westwood: 12/1 (Both)
Martin Kaymer/Sergio Garcia: 18/1 (Coral)
Graeme McDowell: 22/1 (Coral)
Alvaro Quiros: /1 (Coral)
Thomas Bjorn: 33/1 (Ladbrokes)
Jason Day: 40/1 (Both)
Matteo Manassero: 50/1 (Both)
Tom Lewis: 80/1 (Ladbrokes)

My picks would be George Cotzee (He is due a win soon, he is 33/1 to win outright). Garcia & Goosen (22/1).

Rafael Cabrera-Bello opened with a 77 last year and ripped the course up to finish 3rd,he`s up with lads at 100.
Bjorn looks reasonable value as he won it last year by 4 shots and had a good showing in Adu Dhabi.
Montys been showing some form recently and if he can put 4 goods rounds together 300`s at Coral looks big for an E/W.

For me the obvious choice here is Garcia but not impressed by the price on offer so I went with Goosen at 20`s and Manassero at 50`s.Quiros`s form seems to have dipped somewhat but he`s course form here has been outstanding,he just didnt do enough for me last week to be worth a punt.

Apparently its blowing a Hooley over there, forecast is its to last all 4 days...................

...............Cue Mr Montgomerie...........300-1 £2.50 each way = £900+ if he wins:mmm:

Wind = Paul Lawrie

Gregory Havret my outsider along with Willett.

hmmm a good price for jason day in that field i think, he's normally around that price in the majors

is he out of form or something?
