Putters - Paint Fill

Alrighty, does anyone know how to go about changing the paint full on the back of a putter? Or, where it can be done professionally? I'm no Tony Hart so would probably bodge it myself.

I've just got an Anser 2 that I'd like to change the sight line and paint fill black (from white) but don't know where to start? Any help much appreciated chaps. Or if you know Neil Buchanan's phone number...

There are quite a few threads on this already I think if you do a search.

However, my best advice is nail varnish in the sightline, use a wipe immediately to get rid of the bits that missed the line.
