What is the correct way to measure the length of a putter ?

is it the shaft length, the length from the bottom of the club or something else ?

From the sole of the putter in line with the shaft to the top of the grip.

Yeah, sole centre of the club just above sweet spot to end of grip and not from the heel of the putter to the end of the grip.
