Hi

Some advise please, I have a TM DA 12 Putter, which has two removable weights (Flat style which is different to the driver movable weights) in the Sole of the putter

I like the feel of a larger grip so I have fitted a Fatso grip to and like to feel but I feel it would be nice to have some extra weight in the Putter Head, so I taped some washers to the sole and as I had hoped the head feels more stable and I tried it out.

But hers the thing I can not find any where that sells the removable weights, except China or Australia based ebay seller. I had ago with an Odyssey Tank Cruiser and really liked this, especially the ability to play around with the MOI and counterbalance weights, but at £189 I am reluctant to pull the trigger until I know adding weight to my DA 12 is a none starter.

Does anyone know where I can purchase addition weights for the DA 12 in the UK, or have any other advise / Ideas

Thanks

I'm not surprised you want a heavier head on the putter. By fitting a Fatso grip, you've adjusted the swing weight massively!

The stock grip on the TM DA putters is 57g, the Fatso grip weighs 90g (33g heavier!!)

By adding a bigger, heavier grip, you have effectively moved the swing weight to the grip end of the club making the head feel lighter.

The only way you'll off-set that amount of a swing weight change is, as CMAC says, by adding some lead tape.
