Putter fitting

I've taken the plunge, booked an hours tuition/fitting at Manchester GC on Thursday morning

Going to be interesting what he recommends, I'll let you all know how it goes/is it worth the money

Maybe I hadn't had my weetabix that morning.

I think the 100g ended up going in the shaft, as they done the fitting as a favour for the pro at Preston on my behalf.

The pro at preston done this thing were you put the 100g in the shaft with sand or something.
They put a counter weight in the shaft . Its like a rod with rubber on each end this is fitted into the shaft to counter balance it the heavier the rod the lighter the head feels. Didn't work for me so I removed it.

I took the one that looked like the one I used to have as a quick fix to get started playing again and being on limited budget it fitted the bill. The guys I play with at week end wonder why I am bothering as I very very rarely 3 putt and usually hole out from 8ft.

Although I understand what you mean with a specific type of putter.

Hit em Straight ....ish
