Putter covers - custom made

I wouldn't mind a personalised putter cover for my mallet putter.
Anybody know if such a service exists for one-off covers?

Failing that - anybody know of a decent quality plain black mallet cover?
Lots of tacky ones about that look like they'd last a couple of rounds but no solid ones
