Genuine Project X 5.5 Wood shaft. This shaft sits somewhere in "firm" flex between regular and stiff. 0.335" tip size.
This is a 42" shaft for a playing length of 42.5"

Origin of this shaft is a Mizuno Tour Truck in Frankfurt, Germany and was given to me by my father in law and was in my 3w, sadly this was too whippy for me so have opted for him to get me a Prolaunch Blue S flex instead.

It's fitted with a Golf Pride Tour Velvet full cord grip in black that still has life left in it yet.

£40 posted is, I think, a fair price for a genuine PX shaft.

Unless you've used the ProLaunch Blue before and liked it, I'd suggest you check out out some other shafts first. - or at least consider the Red and/or Platinum.

PL Blue is High Launch and spin. Maybe that suits you, but it (a 65) certainly didn't suit me in an R7 3-wood I had. I replaced it with an Accra SE80* M4 that was just a tad too far the other way.

GLWS btw. PX Graphite shafts seem rather good, though not the profile for me.

Used one before hence going back to one. 76g version I am being sent. Great shaft. Mid/high launch is the reason for wanting the Blue.
I think PX shafts are fantastic quality and look good but just too whippy in 5.5 for my swing speed.

That's fine then! Thought it was worth checking, but happy to butt out. The 76gm might be better too.

No worries mate. Its better people bring stuff like that up as not everyone knows/understands kick points etc.
I think the 76g version is a bit more stable than the 65.
I'm experimenting with a 85g NV shaft in my driver at the minute. Its looking good, shame its green and the head is white.

H'mm. Rugby player? Front or Second Row? That's the 'shape' of player the NV 85 seems to fit - at least Stiff and up!
