I'm not in any way linked to this store, but I felt I had to return the favour to James at pricebustergolf.co.uk

They are currently migrating their website to another provider, and have changed their next day delivery policy to "order before 2PM" from "order before 4PM". Unfortunately, I read the wrong set of pages, and ordered at 3PM once I'd checked the stock with James. When I double checked that it would go out today, he told me that I was too late, and had missed the 2PM deliveries. I let him know that he had some pages which still say 4PM on his website, and the next thing I knew, he was on the phone, offering the explanation, and telling me that he was on his way out of the door to get to the Post Office to ship my order to arrive today.

Well, true to his word, its just arrived. As well as offering a price for the S9-1 driver which was 20-25 quid under all other online shops, he went the extra mile to give exceptional customer service and satisfaction - something which is becoming more rare every day, sadly. So I'd just like to give James at pricebustergolf.co.uk an e-doff of the cap.

Credit where it is due, some online retailers go out of their way to provide excellent service. I've had great service recently from online golf. Let's praise the good and expose the bad

Another case from me too. Bought a Cobra cart bag from them back in Feb and the padding around the club separator was coming off. Sent the bag back to Pricebuster, they sent back to Cobra. I called Thursday as I hadn't heard anything since they sent it last Thursday. Spoke to James, he said he would call me back in 5. He did indeed call me back, Cobra confirmed that they would credit him the bag. Unfortunately, they (Cobra) no longer had any of the bags in my colour choice left this year. I was given the option of choosing one of the other available colours, or taking the value against any of the other bags they sold. After a bit of looking round, I decided to stick with Cobra and choose one of the other colours. Called James back with my decision, said he's get the bag out ASAP, but was late in the day so I would receive it most likely on Monday. Very happily surprised when it turned up last night. Great service.

On a side note they are also known as Golf247. They are currently migrating their website to Golf247, not sure if Pricebuster is disappearing.
