Oh dear. 33 points yesterday but it went to poo this afternoon when I had a knock. Driving a mess and only the putter working. Stick me down for 20 points tomorrow max and 6 lost balls in the sweep. Have no idea where the club is at any point in the swing. Got a feeling Mr Harris will be tut tutting to himself a lot as he watches the disaster unfold. Feeling rather nervous but at least we have the auction to enjoy if the golf is as bad as I think. Hit the practice ground after my game and no answers there either.

Tomorrows another day Homer, might have a pound each way on you at 500s.

Sounds much like me last friday...
10 points from the first 5 holes, 16 from the rest - abject doesn't do it justice.
Only plus points are that I parred SI 1 and 2, other than that pitiful is a very descriptive word..
Can't get worse tomorrow....can it.?
Going in with few expectations, the main one being having a good time with Jezz, Chris and Arnie!!

Played the first 7 holes yesterday in level par gross. Played bogey golf for most of the rest of the round so very happy with my current form.

How's the glass 1/2 full approach going Homer ;)

You'll be reet - you just need to smash it harder!!! :)

I reckon a nice £1 sweep on my front 9 score would be interesting. I'm going for 12. Glass has definitely developed a leak after today but a good nights sleep and a good laugh with everyone in the morning before we head out and I'm sure the glass will be positively overflowing again

107 blows on Saturday in the medal, different story today with 91 blows, hoping for anything less than 100 tomorrow.

But if your feeling generous I'll have a side bet of £5, loser donates to the H4H pot.

Put me in for the talking and walking. The golf is going to be shambolic. I'd happily caddy for someone, and forgo playing. Homer's outlook is positive compared to mine.

I'm playing with a couple of wallies and some guy name Phil - I'm only there to make up the numbers

Preparation is this cup of tea I'm drinking and probably an hours sleep later.... looking good for about 13pts

Hope you've got good eyesight. Not only am I playing junk, but the optitions have banjaxed my eyes too!

Don't worry mate... I plan to fat/thin/shank my way around the front 9..... then the wheels will fall off and my game will really go to pieces!!

Murph, are you auditioning for the part of "Marvin the Paranoid Android" from hitch hikers by any chance?

Please don't top yourself overnight mate

It could be close, but the mrs has confiscated my belt and shoe laces.

I'm looking at the spaghetti jar. Knotted together, a tad under done, it could do the job!

Knit some threads together out of that diamond Pringle jumper you're probably wearing... you know, the one you wear when you come onto the forum
