Finally got this (private) poll to work!
Simple question, based on the current situation - no negotiated changes.

Seems there may be some hope for Cameron and 'compromises'!
Though Merkel is a much more experienced 'politician' than Cameron, so plenty of room for disappointment too!

This poll dosent take into account negotiated changes so not really relevant.
I think it's very relevant. If the referendum was tomorrow, how would you vote....
The OP stated "Simple question, based on the current situation - no negotiated changes."
What does Ms Merkel's comments on how she considers negotiations may progress have to do with this Poll?
Apologies, i missed your quote and read it as you saying the poll wasn't relevant!! Oops. Ignore me!

I agree it's not relevant to the poll - unless the concessions magically appear before the poll ends! I didn't suggest they were!
But a reasonable place to refer to those news items imo!
And on the contra side..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-33017339
I'm inclined to agree with Lord Lawson's last sentence!
After having six months of non-stop political warmongering on both sides, I can't wait for the EU referendum stuff to fill my television for the next (potentially) two years. :blah:
The beauty of a television is that you get to decide what to watch! (including nothing at all)
Hopefully Dave grows a pair and tells Barack to butt out...
Why?
The last time a Mr President sent a message 'we' ended up in the deep doo dah  ....
Why should you tell him to shut up though - listen and dismiss if that's what you want to do but listen Since USA is quite a big bit of the RoW and the NO-bodies are bigging up potential of expanded trade with RoW if OUT, then I think we listen. If he doesn't think OUT is a good idea for UK shouldn't we be asking why?
I suspect he is speaking more for the continental based American owned companies rather than any concern for any change in 'our' circumstances should 'we' elect to leave...
What worries me a bit about the NO-bodies is that too many will not listen to many of the IN arguments citing 'they would say that' or 'what business is it of theirs' type reasons.
And very similar things will apply to YES-bodies no doubt.
