So we've ordered a bench in memory of a 53 year old member and past Captain who died of a brain tumour earlier this year.
I was looking for bolts/fixings as the bench company's weren't great, and found groundbolt.co.UK, who looked very good.
Emailed them to find out which fixings would be best, and they replied. I then ordered what I thought they'd suggested.
Imagine my surprise when I found this in my inbox:
The order has P506 brackets, we can supply these but the D403 is better for your purposes and costs less, would you like the order to be changed and we refund the difference?
Impressive! My hat is certainly off to Groundbolt. As I doubt I'll need to order from them again any time soon, I thought I'd share with all of you, in case it could be of help.
