Real power! Just exactly where is it? We had a discussion at work over this. It's certainly higher than the PM that's for sure! The PM and their fellow MP's can only tinker with certain things they are allowed to, but try to actually sort the country out? NO CHANCE!!!!! England is still a VERY rich country add in the other places and we're a monster RICH POWER! Why do you think people still flock here from other places? We're RICH. And I cannot stress this enough....BONKERS RICH! Sure us plebs at the bottom of the pile don't see any of it. Just enough to keep us happy and not riot all over the place and go hunting down the ones who are holding all the real power. We're now watched with everything we put on the 'net as well, so just be careful what you post. Employers can check on you. Finding my next job is gonna be nigh on impossible. I'll be down in the sewers.
We'll never EVER be the country we all want because the people with the REAL POWER do not want this!

I think 'bottom of the pile' is all relative really. And not really sure a forum for golfers will be a place where those really at the bottom of the pile in society will frequent.

As for who has the real power, then in the near future it will be the global organisations that control all the data and increasingly are involved in how a lot of the population live, shop, relax etc . Who at the moment look like being Google, Facebook, Amazon and Apple.
