Powakaddy Wheels

Just dug my powakaddy out for the weekends golf and have noticed that my wheel is totally split...

Anybody any idea how this could have happend it is not that old and not use all that much as i often carry me bag.

Any clues???

How old is the trolley?

If it's still within warranty and it is a design defect/fault they should exchange the wheel.
