Powakaddy CT6 handle movement

New to this forum
My CR6 handle has vertical movement causing the upper cart bag holders to pop over the top of the bag and the bag becomes loose. I have checked for loose fitting and bolts but cannot see or find any.
Anyone with a similar issue found a resolution?

I have a CT6 set to the tallest setting and mine dosnt do that.

It has been said on here though “ some bags are not as tall as others “
This could be the problem.
I have a Powakaddy bag so fits perfectly.
