PowaKaddy Charger Problems?

I'm guessing the above has thrown a double six and given up the ghost. I went into the garage this morning and all I could hear was a loud clicking from my charger. My thinking is its completely broke or the clicking is the charger trying to change from charge to trickle feed when the battery is fully charged. I won't know till I try to use it at the weekend, has anybody any experience of this and what the outcome was?

check that the battery connection is clean, use a little light emery paper to clean connections on lead and battery, and is fully made. If that doesn't work, then your carrying this weekend

Ha ha yes I've checked the connects and if connected properly, and I think you're right
