Powakaddy battery charger

36 hole battery did not charge overnight and although it said I was OK on the trolley initially halfway down the first it packed up.

The light on the charger had not changed to green and was flickering on yellow. The battery is about 15 months old and there has not been any gradual deterioration.

Am I right in assuming it is the charger and if so what is the best place to buy a replacement and any recommendations on the type or is it one type fits all for Powakaddy?

I've had something similar happen before with the flickering yellow light and it turned out to be gritt preventing a clean contact for the tbar connector when plugged into the battery, perhaps worthwhile checking its not similar issue?

I changed the charger to an old battery and there is no flickering. I have used some emery paper but there is still flickering.

Think I must be a visi to The Pro tomorrow
