Post Massage Pain

Hi,

I've just been for a deep tissue massage for the first time as back muscles have been really tight and causing lower back pain. The therapist was very good and told me to expect to feel some pain tomorrow. I'm just wondering if anyone on here has had this kind of treatment and were you sore the next day and if so to what extent.

The first time yes, but it eases each time after that. I go about every two months for my back, and legs. Back from playing tennis and golf, and legs from exercise bike.

you gona be very sore & tender for the next few days man.. you get any advice on stretching or prevention etc ??

Pain wasnt as bad as I thought, it was only really noticeable if I brushed against something I wasnt expecting. Got a few stretches to do and another appointment on Friday. Back feels alot better so I'm glad I decided to go.
