Hi. I was going a little w/end away to albufeira Portugal with the wife but she can't make it now 😜. So going to have to go with my mate & it's a golfing w/end now. Ha. Does anybody know any courses close & how do we book them. We need hire to if poss, nothing to far from were we based. 22nd feb going. Hope somebody can help

Only one I played was a nice wee 9 holer, Balaia Golf Village. No need to book, just rock up and pay. Just on the outskirts of Albufeira.

Albufeira is only 10 and a bit miles to Vilamoura so there are plenty of nice courses around.

You can rent clubs from www.clubstohire.com - I used them in September and would use them again- book them online and pick them up at Faro airport

Pine Cliffs 9 holer is also on the edge of Albufeira, but plenty of other golf within a short drive.

Solgados is pretty close, great 18 holes with water everywhere and Penine not to far away if you have a motor. Just under an hour east on the motorway is Castro Marim with 27 holes and normally has some good deals, best with a buggie.
