Don't really seeing why you need chips.
You can keep a tally of all the the accumulated bits and pieces as you go.
Eg 6 bunkers, 4 single putts etc. People just take them over as they acquire them.

Yes you can but this is just a bit of fun and quite amusing as people queue up with various chips in their hand to give you as you stand over a 6ft 2nd putt after hitting trees and going into a bunker.

True enough. You could just keep track with symbols scribbled on the scorecard.

The birdie chip wouldn't get much use with my lot either. :lol:
 
Yep, we play this from time to time when not in a comp.

Good fun, and keeps things interesting right to the end, for example you're standing over a birdie putt on the last, or a tricky bogey putt/2nd putt with the current holder of the double bogey/3 putt chips looking on and chirping in your ear.
