Please Stay Dry!

Should be dryish down here but its going to be gusting to 50mph! Good luck anyone playing today.
Hope it calms down for friday....

And Sunday too, as that is our last comp. My last chance to get to single figures this year too. That said, I need to fix my elbow, as at the moment I can't bend it without someone stabbing me with a red hot needle. Not a problem if it was the left one (could be viewed as a swing aid), but it is the right one. Bum.

Off to Gullane No 2 today. Fingers crossed it stays dry, but the forecast isn't too good for this afternoon. :(

It's not the rain you need to worry abput, it's the wind.Hope you enjoy, it's my favourite out of the three.

Played #2 last week... beautiful course with some outstanding holes, especially the downhill par 3, followed by downhill par 4 then back up the hill again. The views are simply breathtaking.

Well, it did stay dry although windy which I can cope with. The course was in excellent condition and I shot 2 under par. The rain started whilst on the way home so it looks like there will be no golf for the next few days.
Here's hoping it'll dry by the weekend.

It's a beautiful morning here in glasgow.

Got up early this morning, the birds were singing, the sun out and no rain for the first time this week only for the phone to go. It was my playing partner calling to tell me he was getting draged out chrimbo shopping but I thought oh well I'll have a few hits on my tod but a quick call to the pro shop revealed that the course was closed.

AAARRRGGGGHHHHH!! Dont you just hate this time of year!

Well I woke up to heavy rain this morning, but it soon blew over. Off to St Andrews and played the New Course. The match was halved so we kept our pound. Great day!

Crail Balcombie on Wednesday, so fingers crossed again. ;)
