Playing two competitions on the same day

Does anyone know if I can play in a stableford competition in the morning and a foursomes in the afternoon on the same day, course and markers?

Yes. But not the other way round! Assuming, the foursomes is match play, not stroke play. (awaits correction by those more knowledgeable!)

Is the Foursomes a 'Competition'? Or is it a Match? If the former, then Rules of comp probably prevent practice on the course, so 'No' would be the answer. If the latter, then unless specifically excluded (unlikely) then fine.

Best check with the club then! It might be something they hadn't considered - and might affect other folk too.
