Society day, 30 of us going.....hope the forecast of a smattering of rain isn't right!

Get a buggy...

It's seriously hilly!

Good test of golf and usually excellent catering.

Played it a few times recently.

Lot of blind shots, it is a nightmare in the wind (and is almost windy)


Take plenty of balls. Look up each hole beforehand and hit the right lines

It's more local knowledge than difficult (although a lack of the former makes it hard to score well!).

Add the slopes into the equation and it can be frustrating as well when you hit a 'perfect shot' and find a less than perfect result.

Challenging but enjoyable.

Sounds good Duncan, means I can wind up my PPs when shot dont go their way.....mess with their minds and the rest will follow

I played it a couple of years ago in the winter.

I really liked it. Some great views and as Duncan says, some decent catering.

As you'd expect from the location it's a hilly course!
