So playing this Saturday with me ol chum down our local and after winning the October Medal and getting a massive cut i've not picked up a club in 2 months!
I think it's safe to say it will be a 'purely for enjoyment' round and I won't even have my handicap in mind.
Anyone done anything similar? Any tips?
Richart is competitive remember! :p

Just mention on the 1st tee that the loser pays for the curry and watch him crumble

Handicaps irrelevant when playing with him apparently! He gave me no shots - i'll remember that….

Good game though and the course is in magnificent condition for this time of year, especially the greens which were rolling true and pretty quick!!!

I think you'll manage perfectly well off of 14
;)

A young whippersnapper, fit and healthy, wants shots off an old codger with a dodgy back. Two twos got me eight skins. Good game Craig, and a perfect time to tee off. Some of the roll up gave up after nine as they were not going to get back in before it was dark.

Course was in great condition, and the greens were lovely. We are having a load of work done to the bunkers. New grey sand, which is so much better than the yellow builders we had in some of them.
