Big game home to Burnley today. We need to match Brighton's result at Forest to guarantee a place. Lucky charms all packed. What could go wrong ?

If we make the play offs we need to avoid Wigan. Derby and QPR we can beat. Would be great if it was an all blue and white hoops final.

Come on URZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Fingers crossed Richard! being my local team, i keep a close eye on them! I am not allowed to go and watch them anymore as a few seasons ago, my brother in law whom was a season ticket holder started taking me to home games, I have watched them play about 11 times but am yet to see them win....

well kind of unlucky, but if you leave it down to whatever others do its too late. Probably for the best, the current squad would get smashed week in week out in the premier league, so prob best off in the championship for another season. Positive signs though, some very decent players at reading!

Sorry for you there Rich. Also apologies to the Donny fans, I am sure you must have deserved to stay up more than us But Big Zig struck again!

I think all 3 relegated teams deserved to stay up more than we did! BY far the worst team in the league n the 2nd half of the season.

Pretty much my thoughts too.

To stay up in EPL requires a huge commitment and I don't think the owners are prepared for that. Fairly sensible approach imo.

Said on Soccer Saturday that Zigic is on £60k pw:mad:

That is correct,

Our owners signed him when we were in the Premier League and did not have the wit or wisdom to insert "relegation" clauses into his contract, quite the reverse, there are automatic increments.

Without him we would have the third lowest wage bill in the Championship but thankfully, today, we did have him.

In any event I don't blame him, he did not hold a gun to anyone's head to get that contract.

How's Ibe done for you on loan - I think he looks a great prospect, but he hasn't been playing every week, has he?

At times he has looked very good but on some occasions it has all looked a bit too much for him.

To be fair the overall performances have been pretty poor which cannot have made it easy for a youngster trying to make a name for himself and gain experience.

His commitment has certainly been better than some of our loanees.

Damn and blast.:(

Good game against a good Burnley side. McLeary's goal wasn't bad. Looked like once we equalised a draw would be enough, so difficult to press for the win, and then get caught on the counter attack. Brighton scoring in injury time was a killer.

Unlucky Rich.....took my daughter to her first footie match today......Watford (her mums team) against Huddersfield (my team)......don't think I'll be getting any dinner tonight!! :D

Some really nice football played by Town....not sure why we couldn't do that all season....

Unlucky Rich...always harsh to miss out but look on the btight side..even worse to miss out in the Final...

Big up to the Mighty Chairboys who clung onto L2 status by the skin of their wotsits..
Had to win and they did.
Needed Bristol Rovers to lose - and they did.:whoo:

Wonder what odds you could have got on that set of results ,
Where's Fundy when you need him :)
