There is Brancumhall in east Kilbride
Not in the best shape but a bit of fun and ok if your looking to practice your wedges, the holes range from 30 yards to about 110, should be good enough for the kids to have a knock around

lanark gc has a 9 hole par 3 course adults £8 kids £4 according to their web site , might be worth a call, if its anything like the big course it'll be worth it

Shut in October- it's seasonal.
Heaven forbid there should be a local municipal pitch and putt to take kids to in order to help them enjoy the game at an early stage.
