Has anyone had a hit with these yet?

If not and you're after new irons, is recommend, they travel! They're quite a nice looking club too, but it launches, a lot easier to hit than I thought it would be, today I compared them to, the Mizuno EZ forged, the Mizuno MP54s and the AP2 714s. It was by far the nicest to hit for me, and I've always been more of a Mizuno fan. The MP54s were definitely nice as well.

As for the fitting session, they had flight scope, I was impressed by it.

I was hitting the ball really well, out of the middle, with my average swing speed at 90mph. With it even hitting 110mph on occasion with a 6 iron!:ears:

All in all a good day, I'd be sorely tempted by the S55's, Santa might have to whip up a batch, sharpish

we've got a demo iron at the club and it is a thing of beauty, but its really not that different from a set of S59's or S58's or S57's or even S56's....thats coming from a S series fan boy.

I didn't realise the price of the buggers until I got home! £650 for 4-PW from Clubhouse Golf, so I may have to have hit with one of the others, what would you say would be the best outta the rest of the S range?

If you could still buy S59's I'd have a new set of them. Very sweet but unforgiving, our pro uses a set and I fall in love every time I play with him.
You wont see much difference between the S57's and S56's. The 6's are ever so slightly longer (5ish yards). They are not a long iron, a true honest golfers club.

I tried a demo with the stock stiff shaft at the local range. They certainly look the part but for distance and feel the s55 6i was no match for my Mp53 6i.
Suppose with a few more shaft options I might have found something that suited but the stock stiff just didn't work for me.

Was the fitting in Leeds mate? I've got one booked at Leeds Golf centre on Saturday that I'm looking forward too! S55's will not be a contender for me though, I wish...

I'm back home, not back in Leeds until the 12th January, haven't actually checked out the Leeds Golf Centre yet, is it good?

See, Is like that, I don't think I could game the S59's though, but the S56's would be viable options
