As much as I get their reasoning behind it, I just wonder if it's about time they dropped it and moved with the times?

I've got to be honest and say I've fancied buying some of their gear in the past but just used another manufacturer because I couldn't be arsed phoning an order through.I know this makes me a lazy git but hey ho.My girlfriend recently bought me a wedge for my birthday and instead of just going online and ordering it she had to phone up and talk about shafts, lie angles etc - which she knows nothing about. It was rather inconvenient.

I wonder how many others like me there are out there and how much money this could potentially be costing them?

who do they think they are trying to make sure everyone gets the right club in the right spec and reduce the likelihood of people buying fakes, wow is it really that hard to make a phone call lol

Not only does it ensure you actually talk to someone about the club, not being able to just push a few buttons to buy helps to avaoid buying fakes. If you know that you can't just push buttons to buy there is some peotection from the Chinese sweatshops....

What a stupid initial comment, ping go a long way to make sure you get the right thing and it is original not fake. If you want the stuff get fitted or phone up you lazy arse!

Its also so much more difficult on the interwebby thing to measure someone for their tartan knee blanket and to sort out what flavour of Ovaltine to supply added to the fact that most nursing homes arn't online!
