Anybody tried these, notice any difference?, prob going to order these tomorrow, or the 55s,

The distance shaft is just a standard cfs shaft but half inch longer.
I have the new i's and they knocked spots off the s55's. even our club pro's are going away from the s range.

I don't understand (well i do, it is so they can claim their new irons are longer) why Ping have gone for a longer shaft. Will most people not just get fitted with a shorter shaft than what they now say is standard?
I have i25 irons and really like them. The price now makes them even more attractive!

The normal cfs are normal length its the cfs distance that are longer. You have the choice.
now I've had the chance to play a few rounds with mine i can tell you they are noticeably more forgiving with off centre strikes over my i20's

Yes. But what's to stop you playing a shaft the length of a 5 iron in a 7 iron? This will result in more distance but less control! Your choice
