Ping g25

I was fitted for Driver, 3 Wood and 20' Hybrid last Friday at Ping HQ. I'm expecting them any time now. Will give you feedback as soon as I've played them but they were going good on the range! I particularly liked the flat sole on the 3wd and hybrid. Much easier off a tight lie (range mat) than my current Taylor Made RBZs which have a slightly concave sole.

Hi hit it with my pro on the monitor, its good but non of the shafts worked for me. I believe however they come in regular, regular/stiff and stiff so quite cool.

Its pretty long and pretttish (dont like the line up graphic). For sure worth a hit but if you are a strong player you may get more out of the Anser.

G25 is the first G driver to retail at £250 mark, all the others have been at the £200 mark so it puts its self in a harder bracket and very close to its Anser price...

Went to get fitted by a pro, really wanted the TM RBZ stage 2's, but time and again the Ping G25 wood and 24* hybrid flew much nicer for me.

I can thoroughly recommend, I have an average swing speed for my 3W, it goes like a rocket. Really nice to hit off the deck with the flat sole as well!

I can also reccomend the hybrid, such an easy club to hit, and stays nice and low, only 20yrds back from the 3W.

No experience with the driver though.

Oh, and they look awesome with the matt black crown

I used a 10.5 and 12 degree regular demo on course from my pro and found the shafts a little stiff. However a friend found me one on ebay for £213 with a soft regular shaft, 12 degree and it is awesome - clearly driving further and straighter than my K15 which I thought was great.
Depends on your swing speed of course, but looks great etc - a most pleasing investment

If I was upgrading my driver it would be the 1st I'd try, really like the matt black finish. However I can't justify £250 as I doubt it would give me much improvement over my current driver.

I have the fairway and hybrid, very forgiving and look good. Distance is good and the stock shaft felt great. Compared it to all of the others when I was fitted and it was the most consistent for me, by far. Anser came second

Definitely worth trying
