Hopefully the wife won't see this but I purchased a G20 Hybrid 20 deg the other day. First off the looks, well it looks like a iron with a back on it. Pretty simple really. Once you get over the "its an iron that looks like a wood" thing you notice the offset. It seemed, well to me, pretty severe. However after a few hits you get used to it and it really is a good club. I was hitting it well and as with the driver I do seem to fade it a bit. On average everything was going just over the 200 yard makrer which is pretty decent I think. If I could get rid of the fade and hit it straight I might get a bit more length out of it. Have only used it a few times though and I still need to get used to it though so this is just a preliminary report but from the rough it preformed brilliantly, off the fairway it was just great. Anyway I am playing golf at the weekend so I will update this with a bit more or a report afterwards.

Just need to sort out some decent irons to replace the 10 yr old dunlops I have and Way hey!

Cheers

Steve
