I am using a cobra amp driver and hitting it ok but today i played a few holes with my friends ping g10 driver and it was a joy to hit very forgiving and felt longer than my amp. I am thinking of getting a g20 driver as the price has gone down on them but on the other hand im interested in the titleist 913 d2.. But as i am a high handicap player not sure if g20 would be better for me. I have hit the g25 and anser and did not like it at all. Any help off you guys who have g20 or 913 and a high handicapper??

Hit them all and try them - you'll soon realise if they're right for you. Its all about the shaft with a driver.

Everyone is different Im off 17 i use a 910d but I had it fitted!

i tried ag fitting service and did not fine it very good, im sure its programmed to sell you the most expensive club

The biggest factors will be what you like the look of and what shafts you try. You can probably find shafts that will work with either. If your local pro has a Titleist fitting cart, you may have a better choice of shafts. The adjustability might also help get a better fit. Don't be surprised if the most suitable Titleist appears to have more loft than the most suitable Ping.

A G10 in good condition then?

Don't go to your driver fitting with preconceived ideas of what club you want in you bag, try them all and you may end up surprised with what best fits you.

I tried the Ping after reading good reports about it, but I just couldn't get a way with it, ended up with theTitleist as it was the best club I tried on the day.

You already have a good headed driver. I would put my money into a more suitable shaft for your cobra.

I was a 17 handicap when i got a 913. the larger head shape of the 913 is aimed at being more forgiving. Great stock shaft options as well.
