Cheers Bill i will do and all the best to you, i haven't hit one so thought i'd ask . I was hitting my mates G20 today and was hitting it really well, but saw the Anser and thought i'd ask.
I didn't like the Stage 2 but one of my mates has been hitting his miles.

I quite fancied the Anser. Went for a proper fitting session, and tried a number of shafts in it... it just didn't work for me. However, the Ping i20 did fly well. I've stayed with my i15 for now as there's not enough improvement to warrant the change.

The anser is not for everyone. I wouldn't consider it an easy hit. I tried one out for a few rounds, just couldn't get enough spin to keep the ball up. Its also has a very muted sound (like you've hit off centre)

I've got one and found it easier to hit than a number of others when I tested them all - about September 2012. My driving has certainly improved since having it.

I always feel confident over the ball

Mine is standard shaft 10.5 deg

Hovis has one so I'm sure he can advise

I want the G25 but I don't want to pay £230-£240 so I'm waiting for it to hit £200 or lower.

Fantstic Driver. The best thing is they dont upcharge you for shafts. I have an "ahina" shaft in mine not a "made for ping ahina" the shaft on its own would cost £200+. When being fitted I hit it against the g25 and it suprisingly performed almost identicaly. But although
the g25 was cheaper it would have cost £330 with an ahina shaft. So a no brainer for me

Happy New Year!

I didn't like it enough to buy. I was using the Titleist 910 when I tried a G15 and loved it. It is the easiest club in the world to hit and I made a handsome return when I sold the Titlest and a spare shaft and bought a G15 on Ebay for £56 and it's won me that money back and more in prize money!

I've used one all season and it is a bit hit and miss for me. If I'm swinging well it is good but if I'm off I do struggle with it. I do know two lads at our club who changed from the i20 /15 not sure which but it was the i driver to the anser and they bomb it miles. It isn't for everyone and I would never just get one off the rack without trying it first.
