Phone Upgrade

I always come back to the tried and trusted views of the forum.

My phone is available for upgrade as of today - already had EE on the phone badgering me to make a choice.

Last time I was eligible I was getting ready for a stag do and in my attempts to be quick off the phone agreed to a Galaxy s5 without any research into it. don't get me wrong its a decent phone but I probably would never have selected it.

So - is anyone clued up on the latest handsets

What's good? My brother said the Lumia 920 (or 930 I cant remember)

Everyone seems to have different opinions/favourites when it comes to phones.

the windows phones are great but apps are limited. fanboys will say IPhone as that's all they know.

The Sony Z series are worth a look. The HTCs get raves reviews too.

I didn't need a new phone when my contract expired & spoke to Vodafone. They gave my virtually unlimited calls & texts for £9.50 a month. At that price I can do without a new phone.

That's why I stick with iPhones tbh.
I don't like change.

I wouldn't say the latest iPhone is any better than previous models.
People are just brain washed that they need the latest model.

I find iphones really boring each app just does what it does and no more, I have an S5 at the moment and prefer it to all the iphones that I have had.
