OK so no idea if GM will allow the thread to stay but...

Golf Digest in the US have put Paulina Gretzky on their May cover (Dustin Johnson's other half & daughter of Wayne)

Seems its not gone down too well with certain players on the LPGA among others

Thoughts?

Me: pleasant enough pic I suppose but not sure of the point (other than to get tongues wagging)

Doesn't play at all apparently (which is why so many potentially more deserving LPGA golfers may feel like their achievements have been overlooked given that its rare enough to have a female on the cover)

Golf digest justification is she's a 'golf celebrity'
 
If any of the LPGA tour pros think they can come back with something hotter then go for it :thup:

Im no prude and like pics of good looking women as much as the next .. dont get the point of this tho ..

I think some quarters got flack for women's golf been marketed on image rather than ability (rightly so IMO)..

Now they put a sexy woman on a golf mag and she is not even a golfer ? poor show ..


Prob wont even get people talking about it either :eek:
 
I think it is a pretty pathetic marketing ploy.

As for the lady in question, she does nothing for me. A personality as false as her appendages no doubt.
 
nothing special in my eyes, but agree a non golfer should not be on the front page of the mag. However they could of gone with that presenter who had her birthday the other day from the golf program.

She would of ticked all boxes to keep everyone happy

No, A nice morning. Very productive.

I just have a slight issue with silicone enhanced naughty pillows. I have never seen a good pair (despite significant experience in this area) and question the motivation of any woman that has this done for reasons other than a post mastectomy or child rearing return to normal conditions.

For me, natural bee stings beat colossal, plastic chapel hat pegs every time.
 
Does it affect anyone's opinion with her being on the front page, wearing yoga gear, knowing that this month's is a fitness related issue?
