Part time Green Keeper needs advice

You get what you pay for.
However solutions may be for the members to;
- change their Medal to a Saturday.
- adopt a green where members agree to give the bunkers a good raking
- memebers carry rakes as they inevitably get stolen on munis
- have prioritiy requests where they'd rather have one job done over another e.g. fairways cut or leaves removed.
- pin placement requests
- reduced pitch mark divot repairs by green keepers as this should be the job of the golfer

Reality is the better the communication and understanding of one anothers needs' the better chance of less whinging and more understanding of the issues. So talk to the President or whoever id the most reasonable on the committee and say it's getting on your backs despite the effort being put in and here are some suggestions you have.

I have to say the members seems to want a lot for their relatively small subs and the fact it is a muni course and you'll never please all of the people all of the time, especially golfers anyway. As long as you are performing the duties you've been given I'd send them back to the head greenkeeper or whoever makes the decisions on course presentation and let them deal with it. You aren't making these choices so why cop the flak
