Yep. And no doubt it will be accepted by the masses.....failure to qualify seems to be accepted nowadays imo.
Not the strongest group and imo 3rd place should have been achievable, 2nd might have been a push.

It actually isn't when you look back at previous glorious failures.
I do think wee chesney is a half decent manager though. He's usually pretty good at getting more out of a team than the component parts would suggest is possible.

Shame about that late goal but there/s more fight in the side than late. An early goal down use to signal a long night but they fought back well to lead. I hope they can do it in the world cup group.
