Beware of this crowd. Website states items are in stock when they are not really.
My Dad ordered a pair of Ecco shoes on Sunday 13th and money was promptly taken from his account. Confirmation email received as per the norm, 5 days gone past with no delivery. My Mum emails twice with no reply to either email so on Sat 19th she phones to be told item is out of stock. No idea when they will be in stock.
Finally resorted to cancelling the order after being told the shoes would be with my Dad on Wed and they again never arrived.
Good prices but customer service is non existant and not one mention of sorry for willingly taking your money when item was not in stock and available for dispatch.
