mother of god I feel like I have a better chance of shooting 10 under tomorrow than getting the bloody rollers clean any tips? (preferably for cleaning rollers but shooting 10 under tips always appreciated )

Lots of warm water and they do a cleaning ring which you pull the length of the roller which scrapes out the worst of it. It's in step 2 of the roller cleaning guide here.

If you have just done the first coat how about wrapping it in a plastic bag until you've finished and then cleaning it.

Buy a roller & tray from the Pound Shop
and throw away when finished.
