Out come the shorts

The sun is shining so the new shorts are coming out for the first and hopefully not the last time this year. I'm well impressed with them, only £11 from Costco and the look and feel every bit as good as the premium brands of golf.

i saw the forecast for the weekend so had a few beers in the garden yesterday and moved onto the coffee at 8 so I'm as sober as a judge this morning.

best of all, only a slight cooling breeze. Every time I've played since march its been blowing a hooly

As I drove past Royal Dalmilling yesterday I spotted a middle aged gentleman playing in pink shorts and shirt.
Nearly swerved into a log lorry.

Shorts have been out for weeks! To be fair, I had to put my waterproofs on last week as it was a bit chillier than it looked! Nowt better than shorts on, summers golf! Time to get short-IER

I've been wearing shots since the start of March. its been ok up here all that time yesterday was mid 20's which is about as warm as it gets. a Fair breeze though. One of the guys i played with in the 2nd round of the club champs wasn't wearing a hat and his head was bright red in the bar afterwards.
