Just picked up GW as i'm on nights and some one left it honest, and they have an article on new balls tested the article is word for word the same as Golf Digests May edition that i picked up whilst on holiday in America are these sister mags ?
Personally i think its a bit of a rip off myself not even to change anything apart from the prices.

I thought they were syndicated magazines anyway. Sometimes the article will have "first appeared in Golf Digest " or similar.

Not seen that mag yet but I do a swap with the FIL of my GM for his Bunkered. Some really good reading in both I think.

Have read the GM tonight and it has some great articles in it especially the one on Tom Watson Bunkered has a good article on Irish Links courses which is handy as am there soon.

I'm going to the Causeway Coast mate playing Portstewart, Castlerock , Ballycastle and Royal Portrush possibly playing Ballyliffin am staying in Coleraine as my mates from there.

Thats a bit further north than Im originally from. Im from bandit country, not handicap related, just a couple of miles from the border. Some great courses in that neck of the woods. I like to get back for a golfing trip every 2nd year. Next trip planned for 2010.

A diversion from the post but a great place to golf ,have played Glasson , Limerick County , St Margarets and Stackstown all good courses and we were always looked after really well especially Limerick.

Some months its like reading last months GM in TG or GW. Its the same review of gear and practice drills.

I see that we cant use Tesco points any more to pay for our yearly dose of GM. Why is this? does anyone know?
