I think it's been recommended on here before. I played there today, superb winter course, great greens for this time of year and not a spot of mud on the shoes. Shame my golf didn't match the high standard. If you're looking for a good winter track to visit, then this should be on your list. It's a former Open Q course too.

Great front nine,,not so taken with the back.
Thought the closing stretch wasn't that great.

I dunno tough par 4 up the hill si1? 17th a nice drive, but spoilt by the quarry next to the tee. But agree, front 9 was the best. Great green speed for this time of the year.

It's on my to play list. Ranked number 2 in Essex on a lot of websites so can't be too bad.
