I know there's a few out there who have Orka irons, and I recall that the general consensus is very positive, but does anyone use Orka woods? Specifically the drivers?

I took a punt on a XR 3w. £26 in as good as new condition off Ebay.
Honestly,best 3w I've hit from the tee & fairway.
No experience with Orka drivers tho.

Haven't tried them yet. I was and still am very happy with my callaway driver and 3 wood. When I went for my wedge fit Alex asked how I was getting on with the woods and when I said great, I love em. That was that. I might give them a go when I go for a gap test soon.

yep, my GS5 is exceptional. goes longer than all the mainstream brands and its 1.5inches shorter than the shafts they would give me.
The key is the fit though, get yourself booked in and fitted properly.

I did some consumer testing a few years ago for AN Other golf publication, driver testing. The Orka GS5 was in my top 5, very long and decent dispersion. Personally i dont own one, but anyone i know who has raves about them, the company and the service.

I'm sure there are at least 4 members on here that went the whole hog and have got woods as well as irons. Maybe wrong but worth prompting them for an insight, although I think Rick moved back away from them to Titleist.

Ive still got the irons in the bag and I cant see them going anywhere anytime soon.
I've changed the woods and hybrid over time as you do, but still have the clubs. Now that my swing is improving, I may try them out again

I'd agree Phil, having spoken to them briefly on the phone today. I enquired as to one of their discontinued drivers, and was furnished with all the information i could possible have wanted. From the outset of the call, I'd made it clear that I was looking at an eBay purchase but the fella from Orka (Stuart?) was only too happy to help. Very grateful for the time taken. Excellent help, although my wallet is now lighter....
