Tried one of these training aids at the club yesterday, one of our oppos had it in his bag.

I quite liked it, anyone else tried one?

Anyone have one they would like to move on ?

theres's two guys who both have these who play before us every saturday morning and both stand there swishing these things about before playing... no idea what its supposed to do though??

I have one. I quite like it, but having said that I hardly use it!
A lot of people like to use it to help them warm up, though that's not what it was designed for.
It definitely promotes a nice tempo and smooth acceleration through the swing.

Don't you want to sell it?

Looks guff. Two clubs swung together warm up for me. Tempo is ingrained.

Ref ingrained tempo, can you explain how? Genuinely interested.

It's taken me the nest part of 3 years to figure out how to swing a club. Ask a pro about tempo and feel and they're generally stumped.

Can't wait another 3 to figure that out myself!

You'll have a natural rhythm!

Explore it. When you swing naturally without thinking and worrying about the actual swing your more than half way there!

Kendal McWade is a man worth exploring further. A one on one lesson from him will free you further!

Instinctive Golf, natural golf, etc!

Google it. Once your free your head from technical jargon and negative thoughts you'll surprise yourself. Good luck.

Because it's got a super flexible shaft and a weighted head, you cannot swing it too fast or it will get all out of "sync" - it really helps you find a smooth tempo and the weight pulls you into a really nice finish position. I don't spend the suggested 10 mins a day out in the garden with it but if I did I think it would make quite a difference, as well as give the neighbours something to gossip about.
I've been following Shaun Clement on Youtube recently in a bid to simplify my golf swing and surrender myself to gravity. I've found the Orange Whip helps with his exercises and drills, especially his perpetual motion one.
Also, I've got the driver length one but I wish I'd got the irons length one.
