have a look at this photo and let me know how you would describe it if it were to be sold on here or elsewhere

Its condition was "used" but in excellent condition

Im not worries about the rust as these clubs (Callaway Mack Daddy 2) do oxidize , but there is a penny sized area on the face where the fine groove layer has been worn away

Am i being a fusspot?

Thanks

if it was sold as 'as new' I would be unhappy.

there's no apparent nicks, dings, or deep scratches on the head so if the grip and shaft are in excellent condition I would suggest the club is.

the grooves look fundamentally sound, better than any of my wedges, as well

Not excellent but not bad either, half retail is probably about right. That said, if you were expecting a much better condition bargain then you've every right to be disappointed, I've had my share of ebay disappointmemts

Does not look the best would have to say good condition though. Price does not seem to excessive as quoted you paid just over half price

Looks like it has been used quite a few times and wedges can take a battering too I know mine look a right state.

Did the seller say how old it was?

To be honest Phil it is not in bad nick for a wedge. Mine are less 12 months old and look worse than that and I would say they still look good. I would list it in excellent condition seeing as it is a wedge, if a driver had a face like that though I would not say it was in good condition.

true wedges look a bit beaten after a month of light use. they are immaculate when you first take them out. seems a sin to go into a bunker and wack some small stones.
