New BBC comedy with Gregor Fisher.

Last nights episode was based around a game of golf. Usual snobbery cliches but was quite funny.

Anyone know which club it was filmed at?

It was both funny and disappointing at the same time. Lazy cliches 🙄, but a lovely series at heart.

Course looked nice, interested to hear which one it was filmed at.

Whitecraigs railway station was filmed - but not sure that the course is Whitecraigs.

There were scenes near the end where theres a burn, a green with 4 bunkers, then a road , putting green and a big stone building (club house, perhaps?). Which I'm pretty sure isn’t Whitecraigs. Certainly isnt Whitecraigs clubhouse.

Not seen the prog, but I like a puzzle and a chance to do some googlemap sleuthing.
Going from bottom right to top left I've got a burn (with a bridge?), a green with 4 bunkers, a road, a putting green and a clubhouse.

That's definitely not the place in the programme. There were two bunker in front, and two behind, the green. And definitely no car park close by.

Indeed the station looks very much like Whitecraigs. My local station walking distance of family home. Though I’ve not used it for maybe 15yrs, many memories of standing on the platform either heading into the city or to Mount Florida for Hampden.

Just for my peace of mind Sherlock, because I can't work it out at all, what is the relevance of this picture?

Am I going nuts (er) or is it a complete red-herring?

I enjoyed gazing around the Whitecraigs area on google map searching for something that fitted the description given by backwoodsman in post number 4.
I have no personal knowledge of the area, but I like looking at maps of Britain.
Not a bad effort on my part, but it turned out to not be the course featured on the TV prog. I have not seen the prog, so I had only the worded description to go on.

I don't believe you are going nuts.

Thank you for confirming the correct answer given by @Blsop21.
And thank you @Blsop21.
