They seem pretty good deals to me. Benross will be a force to reckon with in the next few years, maybe not at the top end but for mid price and budget sets. They are turning out decent quality gear at very good prices.

This is proberly the best time to change your gear in the off season etc, and more so with deals like the ones above. I however wouldn't, as i'm at home with my sticks at the moment. But I have proberly just cursed myself :).

Just ordered a BenRoss V5 rescue in 24 degrees. I wanted a 20 degree so I would have had. Driver, 3 wood 3 iron rescue, 4 iron upwards.

Now I have 4 iron rescue and 4iron upwards. I am just hoping I will hit the rescue a cit longer than the 4 and hopefully better from rougher lies.

Main reason I bought this club is because it has the Aldila NVS shaft in, the same as in my driver. £29 if I dont like it, I will give it away at that price. Bargain or what!!!

Anyone know how long they normally take to deliver?

I hope my rescue comes today before RM strike (if they do)

Pretty quick tbh, I once had a problem with an order and after complaining they gave me the value of the sale in points!! bonus.

I have been waiting on 3 seperate deliveries today.

1 is 1 of my G/F's xmas presents, the 2nd is a mates present which have both arrived and the 3rd is my club, guess what... Its still not here :D

Just arrived, I must say, for £29 quid, before I have even hit it its worth the cash.

Multi-compound grip £6 each. The NVS shaft is a special hybrid shaft made for the head especially, and because its the same spec as my driver shaft, I expect I should be able to launch it pretty well.

The head looks pretty decent, nice and clean looking, sits well, a little on the large side if I am being picky,but... I am being picky. Might take a trip up the range and see how it goes.

Have you heard how these things sound???

OK! Had a look, shan't be getting, worked out the length is same as my G5 which is longer than my Callaway....which is not good.

I am sure there will be plenty of bargains to be had over the next couple of weeks mate.

Out of curiosity, whats going on with the other 2?

Callaway is fine, just a bit low really. The G5 is a disaster (see PM) so I'm staying clear of extra long clubs for now.

I might put the G5 up for sale and put the money (£70?) towards something else.

All this is of course dependant on how my lessons go and if my striking improves.
