Oh blimey that's HID territory! It is a Dell and we have generic cartridges but it keeps losing the wireless thingy coz of that (apparently). Cartridges are £60 (I think) but a new HP printer is half price at Tesco for £35 !

Edit - HID trying to print :temper: windows keeps shutting down the connection or something
